One of the most evocative environments, full of picturesque views, is certainly found inside the Royal Palace of Caserta, where Venus bathing is born in the English garden.
A splendid sculpture in Carrara marble, created by the sculptor Tommaso Soleri in 1762, which portrays the goddess coming out of the small lake surrounded by laurels and holm oaks. The water that feeds the pond flows right from the roots of a large centuries-old yew planted on the spot, further enriched by a rich
