Achille woundito, is a Carrara marble sculpture by the sculptor Innocenzo Fraccaroli, now exhibited in the modern art gallery in Milan.
The work, which had no patrons, but was created only for exhibition purposes, gave its creator a lot of fame, as it was really appreciated and praised in many European cities, including Paris, London and Munich.
The statue, like most of the author’s works, was inspired and inspired by the models of the great neoclassical sculptors including Canove and Bertel Thorvaldsen.
