This is what Lovers represents, the 3.40 meter high sculpture that gives Carrara started to conquer one of the most visited and loved oriental countries of today: Japan.
Created by the artist Minako Yoshino, who had already created a similar sculpture, exhibited in riverside park in new york, to commemorate the victims of September 11th.
Lovers born exclusively from Carrara marble, will bring the love it represents to the city of Toyama, and which the artist will want to continue to export to the world by making a “series” of lovers in the near future.
